In Villanova’s 13 wins, Grant is averaging 17 minutes played and 8.7 points. Looking at Villanova’s 8 losses, Malcolm is averaging 9.6 minutes played and 4.6 points (if we throw out the Rutgers loss, his numbers are 8.4mins and 2ppg).
Surely a statistician can come up with something from those numbers. It just makes you beg for the behind-the-scenes peek to see if something completely wrong is occurring.
